Once you purchase watches from our website,we can assure that your order will be arranged promotely,and the watches you ordered will be exactly the same as the pictures show. Each of your package will be cushioned against damage and high customs taxes, at the same time,we will solve all the customs problems,your package will arrive securely and intactly. Once we deliver your package,we will inform you and send you the tracking number the first time.

Warranty： 
We offer 180 days warranty on every watch you purchase from this site. Watches may be returned or exchanged ONLY if it is faulty. Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damages caused by external reasons (such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product etc..). Warranty does not cover water damage, lost or stolen parts, damages due to personal misuse/negligence, therefore we strongly recommend not to swim, dive, surf or have any other similar activity with any replica watches.

About Returns/Exchanges:

We do not accept return and exchange unless on very special terms. 

Refunds if offered will be issued for the 100% total amount of the purchase product only less the transaction fees. We do not offer refunds for any free items received as part of any promotion. Shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be at the customers expense. 

Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method to assure delivery. 

All returns merchandise must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging. We will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, full credit will be issued back to your paypal account or payment method within 48 hours of receival. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
